Florence + The Machine, Maxïmo Park + viele mehr
Florence Welch is coming to Berlin: With Florence + The Machine, Muse and The Strokes all three headliners for our festival premiere at Tempelhof Airport are complete.
But that's not all! 16 more acts will find their way to Tempelhof Airport in June. With Maxïmo Park, Johnossi and Balthazar three indie greats from Great Britain, Sweden and Belgium are part of the party. The Belarusian darkwave trio Molchat Doma deliver sinister sounds, Barns Courtney is folkrocking us and L'Impératrice serve electropop, disco and soul. With Faye Webster, another young and innovative folk voice will be loud, the Canadian alternative duo Cleopatrick will, as usual, bring the sexy back into guitar music.
Indie rock innovators Pale Waves are also looking forward to their performance, as are Viennese supergroup My Ugly Clementine and powerful-voiced Scottish singer-songwriter Bow Anderson. Together Pangea have shaken up the alternative genre, which the post-punkers of Talk Show can also say about themselves. With the singer and multi-instrumentalist Trixie Whitley and the indie rocket Bilbao, two more exciting names have been confirmed for our line-up, for which we will have a few more names shortly.
